Sunways Travel is a trading name for Nimar Travel Ltd whos registered office
is at 5 Station Road, Longfield, Kent, DA3 7QD.
In these conditions "we", "us" and "our" shall mean Nimar Travel Ltd and/or
Sunways Travel.
Your use of this Web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the
following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the
following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
This website, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Sunways
Travel and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Much of the
content found on this website is owned by third party providers and
distributors. None of the content or data found on this website may be
reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without our express written
permission and/or our third party providers and distributors.
You may only use this website to make legitimate reservations or purchases
and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent
reservation.
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to
create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of
the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for
all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all travel arrangements made on
this web site meet your requirements prior to completing any booking. You will
be liable for any errors you may make.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Airfares are not guaranteed until tickets are confirmed and purchased. All
fares are subject to confirmation and change prior to ticket issue.
When you make a flight booking through this website the principal
restrictions (such as cancellation and refund rules) applying to the flight will
be brought to your attention where they are supplied to us by the carrier.
On confirmation from the relevant service provider of the availability of the
requested service your credit card will be debited and we will confirm the
booking by email to you when the full price of the service has been received.
When you receive any confirmatory e-mails from us and your tickets and/or
other documents please check all details carefully, and notify us as soon as is
possible if there are any errors.
Please note that purchase of an airline ticket does not guarantee you a seat
on a specified aircraft. Airline overbooking policy often results in failure of
the carrier to provide a seat on a booked flight for a passenger holding a valid
ticket. Please contact individual carriers for full details of their overbooking
and compensation policy.
The carrying of appropriate travel documents, including valid passport and
where appropriate the necessary visas, is the responsibility of the traveller.
Sunways Travel expressly declines responsibility for any and all costs
incurred in the case that a traveller or party are denied boarding to an
aircraft, or denied entry to a country because the traveller or party is not in
possession of the appropriate documentation.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and cover for most journeys and cover
for most risks can be obtained through the website.
TICKETS
Please note credit card information is validated prior to the transaction
being finalised and tickets and any other travel documents will only be
dispatched to the address of the credit card holder.
Paper tickets
Tickets are normally dispatched within 72 hours of booking.
E-tickets
E-ticketing is a great development in e-technology. It allows for an easier
and more convenient way of travelling because the e-tickets confirms your air
ticket purchase without the need for a hard-copy record. The airline you're
flying with stores all the ticket data on its own computer which means there is
no ticket for you to collect and - more importantly - no ticket for you to lose.
If you have requested an e-ticket you will receive an email from us to
confirm that this has been arranged with the airline. You can then collect your
boarding pass from the check-in desk if you have baggage or from the e-ticket
machines at the airport if you only have hand luggage. All you need are the
documents listed below.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
If you wish to cancel your fight or other service please tell us as soon as
possible by telephone. We may also require you to confirm this in writing. In
the case of flight tickets, all tickets are issued on a non-refundable /
non-endorsable basis unless otherwise stated. Your right to a refund will be set
out in the service provider's terms and conditions applicable to the particular
service you have booked.
Air tickets have value and should be treated like cash. Never destroy
tickets, which are not required or are unused. This may involve a loss of
otherwise refundable costs. Any unused tickets should be returned to Sunways
Travel, 5 Station Road, Longfield, Kent DA3 7QD, at the earliest opportunity.
Tickets returned more than 60 days after travel was due to commence will have no
refund value. All refunded tickets will be credited to the card, which was
initially billed for the cost, less an administrative fee, which is currently
set at 25.00 per ticket. This fee is variable without prior notice.
If you wish to alter your flight details or any other any other services you
have booked through the website in any way then such alteration may be allowed
under the service provider's terms and conditions. If alteration is allowed then
the service provider may levy a charge for this. In all cases, where changes to
your booking are permissible by the relevant service provider, we will charge a
25 fee for administering such changes
CHECK-IN TIMES
Indicative flight times and check-in times are shown on the website but
please note these are subject to change and are for guidance only. Actual flight
times will be shown on your flight tickets. We advise that you must check your
flight times when you receive your tickets.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Your e-ticket confirmation or light ticket will show your baggage allowance.
If you require any further information on baggage allowance please contact the
airline personally.
MEAL/SEAT REQUESTS
We will pass on all meal and seat requests, which you may make at the time of
booking to the relevant airline; however, we offer no guarantee that the airline
will meet such requests.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible in the information we provide on
these pages, we shall not be liable for any price changes and losses or damages
you may suffer arising out of your use of the information on this Website.
OUR LIABILITY
Sunways Travel cannot and has not checked the accuracy of all information
provided by travel service providers such as airlines and hotels, or by the
providers of other information such as weather and currency conversion
rates.
All such information shown on this site is accordingly provided in good faith
on an "as is" basis. Sunways Travel will not be responsible for any errors,
omissions or misleading information and we disclaim, to the maximum extent
permitted by law, all implied warranties in connection with such information.
This site may contain hyperlinks to web sites operated by parties other than
Sunways Travel. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Sunways
Travel does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their
contents. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such web sites does not imply any

incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of

Sunways Travel has the authority and the right to at any time it sees fit to
change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions. This right shall
not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a
